Registration

  • There is a $200 fee for registration to help cover meeting expenses including shared meals during during working sessions (April 21: breakfast, lunch, dinner; April 22: breakfast, lunch). Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard.
  • Please register for the meeting by March 15. This will help us meet the venue deadline to confirm the number of participants.
