CARRE 2026 Tri-Lab Support Team Meeting

Registration

• There is a $200 fee for registration to help cover meeting expenses including shared meals during during working sessions (April 21: breakfast, lunch, dinner; April 22: breakfast, lunch). Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard.
• Please register for the meeting by March 15. This will help us meet the venue deadline to confirm the number of participants.

Tentative Schedule

Tuesday, April 21, 2026:

• 9 am – 12 pm: meetings, including presentations by CARRE students
• 12–1 pm: lunch
• 1-4 pm: meetings, including presentations by CARRE students
• 4-5:30 pm: poster session
• 6 pm: group dinner

Wednesday, April 22, 2026:

• 9–11:30 am: meetings
• 11:30 am-12:30 pm: lunch
• 12:30–3 pm: tour of Vanderbilt Institute for Space and Defense Electronics
